Wrong PCMadness! You can't prove it but you CAN disprove it.

And then you wrote

Experiment and observation test theories, not produce them"

I don't see how you can conclude that falsification tests mean nothing from what Popper has realized? This is exactly what i said: bring a theory and bring with it falsification tests; the falsification test may involve experiments and tests; so what? if they disprove the theory, the theory is finished.
