If you read Quran you should have known that Christianity and Judaism and their mistakes are very well explained. We Muslims accept Jesus is a messenger like other. We like him as we did for other prophets. We don't hate any previous messengers sent by Allah. I don't think reading current modified version of Bible (s) is NOT interesting for ordinary Muslims. They refuse to read immediatelly by thinking that Christians add their wishful thinkings on it.

I read Bible(s) because I am interested in theology. I am expecting new actions from Vatican so that I can see one of the new version of Bible. If Vatican accept homosexuality, It will eventually, this new agreement should appear in Bible. Otherwise the gap between Western and Christian values will widen more.

Islam starts with saying "there is only one God, Allah" The rest is detail.
