Do you mean you believe in God because it may well be true? Do you then follow what is called Pascal's wager? Is that the foundation of your faith? That there is a possibility that we will be raised from dead and have to give account of our life and get punishment or reward depending on how we behaved? So the best bet is to play it safe and behave? So if all of this is false there is nothing to lose.

I think you have already lost it!

But it's never too late, you still have time. Confirm that there is only one God who has created everything and has contacted man throughout history through his messengers and Muhammad (PBUH) is the last messenger who was given the Quran which is preserved for the rest of mankind. It is the last revelation which challenges you:

4:82 What, do they not ponder the Koran? If it had been from other than God surely they would have found in it many inconsistencies."

So don't just read it reflect on what you read in it.
