Thanks for replying PC Madness , its you who thinks that we both dont worship the same God , But i m sure that i worship the Lord of Adam, Noah , Abharam , Isaac , Ismael , Moses and all the other Prophets Including Prophet Muhammed PBUH. Here ours ways are different but its goes to the same Supreme Creator of this whole universe."

Wonderful in theory. But reality is different. If that is the case why isn't this preached? Why aren't Christians, Muslims and Jews embracing each other across the globe? Why are people so easily offended by other religious symbols. Personally, I think there is only one God and different religions worship him in different ways.

So tell me, why would a non-muslim be forced to convert to islam when marrying a muslim, same as Catholic, jewish. Why do people of other religions or race suffer dhimmitude in islamic countries. Why do Catholics take the stance that if you are not a catholic you are damned? Why is everyones religion better than the next?

"Regarding this "They would not be able to practice their religions because of the commandment ... "Thou shall have no other gods besides me ".. Here its not saying about the other religions , here its just pointing out to the followers (Christians) that THERE SHOULD BE NO ONE COMBINE WITH ME IN WORSHIP , I m having Bible and i even read it , and i took this verse in this way ...."

It's not saying anything about other religions but in practice the incinuation by most religions is that if you don't worship within that religion but choose a different religion you are wrong.

"I do think that religion is a personal thing and in the same way the identity of a person who is how much following the Commandments of Lord"

Agreed.

"Frankly speaking peoples are really very far from religion in Europe and when i gone to see a Church on sunday i found no one in there , I felt bad and that time only i understand why all these breaking of Commandments of Lord. I even know that what i saw in Europe was not Christianity , it was some thing which is not good from a religious point of view"

I agree again, but you must also realise that Islam will go through exactly the same problem in Islamic countries eventually.

"Christianity is not represented by Westerners only like the same way Islam is not represented by fanatic Muslims"

That turn of phrase is very interesting. Christianity/westerner, Islam/muslim. Shouldn't it be Christianity/Christian, Islam/Muslim? i.e. Christianity is not represented by fanatical Christians only like the same way Islam is not represented by fanatic Muslims.

It's interesting that you mix associations there. associate Christianity with the west. Granted most western countries are christian in however diluted form but it comes across as Islam vs west.

"In real Christianity is becoming more and more in worldly affair coz of the freedoms and coz of this only all these Laws are over coming Commandments of Lord"

Very good. Apart from other societal impacts, In accommodating a multicultural society the christian roots of most european and north american countries have been compromised and eroded by demands of ethnic minorities. Muslim organisations more than any other denomination have instigated this in the UK. Removal of christian symbols is now happening as a matter of course at the bequest of various muslim organisations, taking advantage of politically correct authorities, who dare not risk "offending" our ethnic minorities.

So based on your ideas we should offend your brothers by flaunting our religion in front of them and I'm really inclined to agree there.

"I would be really happy when all these laws are banned and let the Commandment of Lord to come into lives of peoples in west like homosex, lesbains ,same sex marraiges and kids without marriages .You and many like you True believers of Lord are agreed with me now in this matter i think ."

What exactly do you propose for these people? Jail?

Anyway, what did you take from the google trends article in my other post? http://www.danielpipes.org/comments/46596

Did it shock you?
