Reader comment on item: Is Allah God?
in response to reader comment: Strange

Abraham, Ismal and Isaac were prophets for their people. Unlike the others , as prophets, they are given tasks to spread god is Allah. To say that they are loved without any reason is not true because they went enormous difficulties to spread the message. Read their actual stories. The fact that Allah give them the task meant that Allah loves the people , because Allah want to give guidance to them. In Islam also there is fairness, you will get what you work for. It is only a matter a time. I do not quote any phrase from the Quran but you can check for them if you really want to clarify.

The prophet Muhammad said, "Should you become eager to mention another's faults, recall your own."

I thought so before but eventually I realise that I have a lot of weaknesses which differenciate me from those people. Prophets motivation is only for Allah, they have high morality, and they follow everything that Allah instruct as well as possible and they never doubt Allah however difficult their live had been. Abraham was ordered to slaughter his own son Ismal and did it but Ismael was switch with Sheep as a change. Imagine to have the instruction to slaughter your own son ? People that do not have enough faith will simply doubt Allah but prophet Abraham did not.
