Nice to receive your replies, 'another one' - it's all good, as far as I am concerned, and it is nice to see you defying a stereotype . I've no interest in trying to prove that one religion is better (or worse) than another one (no pun intended!) so be assured that that my questions stem from genuine interest rather than a hidden agenda of attack or conversion.

On a very simple level, the way I have alway seen things is that God 'revealed' himself to the Jews and spoke of the Messiah who would later come. Then later, some of the Jews believed Jesus Christ to be the Messiah and these few saw the birth of Christianity, and after this we see the birth of Islam which agrees with the Jews that Jesus Christ is not the Messiah but is instead a Prophet. So fundamentally, everybogy is worshipping different teachings, with slightly different meanngs, from the same source. We simply disagree on the interpretation!

Now as far as I'm concerned, whether you are Jew, Muslim or Christian the problems are caused by the rabbis, priests and imams! What do you think?
