...The most interesting thing (from the literary point of view) about Suart al-Rum is that Muhammad or is it thas Allah thing that pre-Islamic Arabian pagan deity uses the word al-Rum for the Greeks. What is surprising here is that the Arabs always used either the words: al-Yunaniyoon or al-Aghreek.

The word al-Rum is clearly from the Syriac word for the Greeks and it is: Rumaye or the soldiers of _Rome_ It makes you wonder that the whole thing about the Qur'an is written in Arabi faseeh is bogus, and Allah must have been a Syriac speaker. Now do you think that Nuray has any clue what this really means? I doubt it.

Another famous Syriac word in the book of ignorance called the Qur'an is: Tur or mountain. The word mountain in Arabic as you might know is Jabal. The word Tur in Qur'an comes from the Syriac word for mountain and you guessed it: Tur. The funny thing here is there used to be a quarantine station for Egyptians returning to Egypt after al-Hajj in the Sinai desert and the Egyptians called it Jabal al-Tur or the mountain of the mountain! They realized that Tur is not an Arabic word and because Allah was babbling about Tur Sinin the name of the mountain was: Tur or gabal (Egyptian dialect) Sina. I'm sure you are aware of the Tur Sinin thing in the Qur'an. So much for the Qur'an.

As for predicting the future: Well it seems that Allah did not get it right. Notice that that Allah thing neither predicted that al-Rum will lose in their war with the invading Arabs, nor did he identify who were really those people that have lost the war with al-Rum.

So much for the confused and confusing Allah.
