Dear Dr Pipes,

Regarding Jack D H's message about Israeli Muslims (aka Palestinians) killing their own children by misfired rockets, I did some research about the best places in the world to learn Rocketry and Aerospace Engineering.

It turns out that all good schools to learn this kind of Engineering are in Dar-al-Harb and there is no good place to learn rocket science in Dar-al-Islam.

The usual culprits MIT, Stanford, Oxford, Georgia Tech etc may be too difficult for these nice folks to qualify. The closest and least expensive places that these folks can go to learn Aerospace engineering, are the famous IITs in India.

I know Israel will not mind issuing these people exit Visas to go to India; I, however, don't know much about the Indian
entry-visas policy. Be warned that the curriculum in the IITs is brutally competitive. It might still be worth trying. The Indian polytheists teach a lot of other good stuff (like Yoga, Meditation, and Cricket) besides Aerospace Engineering. Following these constructive pursuits might make killing innocent Israelis less attractive.
