Does Israel have the ability to use WMD?

Reader comment on item: The Unthinkable Consequences of an Iran-Israel Nuclear Exchange

Nobody seems to be considering if the SJW NPC leftified IDF will obey an order to use WMD.
Because recently Eisenkot was ordered to act against kite flyers and his answer was "no"
In many other countries in the middle of a war he would have been executed for treason in the field of battle in front of the enemy.
But he kept his job. Business as usual. Nothing to see here.
EVERYBODY with a couple of neurons colliding with each other at least twice a year took notice, ALL around the world. The IDF disobeyed a direct order to fight.
I envision a circumstance when the Israeli traitorous leftist 5th column has penetrated the IDF to the point that they make sure those with their fingers on the WMD trigger DO NOT PULL IT even if lawfully ordered to do so by proper authority.
They would have a bucket full of leftist-daddy-knows-best reasons to disobey, as usual.
And they would hold themselves as saviors of mankind and happily more papist than the pope.
And Israel's WMD would be as valuable as last week's chutney.
You don't know if the chain of command is clean of traitorous leftists until you test it.
And the last test ended with a "no" and NOTHING happened.
A bad sign.
Does Israel have WMD? Because "having" them means the ability to use them.
I doubt that ability.
Others may, too.
A bad sign.
