Reader comment on item: The Unthinkable Consequences of an Iran-Israel Nuclear Exchange

Submitted by clarence paul puckett (United States), Nov 27, 2007 at 00:23

What was being described as wiping out populations[mostly Iranian] sounds like the battle of Hamongog in the book of Ezekial 38 39 in the KJV 1611 bible, the bible calls this in the latter days[or very last days] this battle will not be Armageddon [ last battle or war] but something like Israel pre-empting an attack to prevent a later attack on them, which will bring on an host of nations that is described in those chapters, Persia[Iran] Ethiopia, Turkey, Russia, Gomer[germany] and many other muslim nations, but God gets involved in that fight and Israel will emerge the victor ! 5/6's of the enemy will be driven back and destroyed, only one sixth of them will survive, it will take Israel seven years to clean up the mess, seven months to bury all the dead enemy [ something about that # seven, perfection of God] The nations intent is to once and for all destroy little Israel, but it will be a battle gone bad for them big time !
