The nazis in Germany were voted into power in democratic elections, over 90% of Germans voted for them in what were completely regular, all-citizens-voting, elections. The idea that only 3% of Germans were Nazis has nothing to do with their rise to power. If you don't know even this much about history I wonder what other mistakes you are making. ..
