Christianity is different

Reader comment on item: The Danger Within: Militant Islam in America [and Its Dreams of Domination]
in response to reader comment: christianity is no better than islam

Its so wrong when people compare christianity with Islam and Judaism. Islam as a religion seeks a dictatorial society in the form of an Islamic state, Sharia laws etc. Christianity on the hand is not interested in a Christian state. Jesus Clearly stated, " My Kingdom is no part of this world." Christianity is about individuals and not nations. Jesus came for an individual and did not give a law for the society like the Sharia in Islam or the Mosaic laws in Judaism. jesus gave only one law, Love. He said, a new commandment have given to you, that you love one another even as i have loved you, so how can one compare Christianity with Islam or Judaism that seek to take over government or a nation thereby shedding blood in stupid wars. Check the New Testament Bible, not a single war was fought because Christ would not fight, he would not she blood. But Mohamed shed blood, Moses shed blood. Pleas do not compare Christianity with those ones. It is only Jesus that brings Freedom, love, Forgiveness in every way. His Disciple asked him, how many times may i forgive my brother when he offends me, seven times? Jesus answers, Not seven times, Seventy times seven. Jesus was clearly different.
