What is a real Palestinian

Reader comment on item: Count Palestine Refugees?

Real Palestinians vs. fake ones, does that mean those people who happened to be living in the area at the time, perhaps coming in from Egypt or Syria or Lebanon or Jordan to work for the Jewish pioneers who were developing the land, draining the swamps and making viable living conditions. There are countless familial connections between 'Palestinians' and their corresponding families in Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt. To me, they are all fake in this regard. They are not a people, and their manufacture and subsequent 'growth' has been more and more surreal.
