Gabrielle, you don't need a conference, just purchase a copy of the "Holy Qur'an", translated from Arabic by a Muslim, the "Sunnah" and the "Hadiths" and you will quickly learn more about Islam, than you ever will at a conference. A second choice is to use the internet and listen to Imams tell why Islam is the only true religion and why Muslims will rule the world. Here are some websites that will help you understand Islam.
