in response to reader comment: Soapbox resumed -- halt Muslim immigration

Linda, you write: 'I return to my soapbox -- we are at war and should halt Muslim immigration until such time as Islam is reformed to reflect ideals for peaceful coexistence with others and when it's is consistent with our Constitution, laws and American values."

You are absolutely right. Except, I would say Muslims are at war with us and we should stop all Muslim immigration from the rest of the world. Period.

Islam cannot be changed into a peaceful religion and it will never be reformed so long as Muslims keep their own people under control by intimidation and threat of beheading if they leave the religion or they truthfully denounce the violence against non-Muslims thoroughly taught to them by their allah and Mohammad. Chance of that happening are next to zero. Islam is totally incompatible with human values anywhere in the world.

So what's the alternative for us? Short of deporting them to all those Islamic paradises where they came from, we have to tell them to obey our laws and constitution or out they go.

But the Muslim immigration to the West and in particular to USA has to stop now. One wonders, they hate us so much, yet they are first in line outside US consulates to immigrate to USA.
