clearly violates seperation clauseReader comment on item: Other Taxpayer-Funded American Madrassas Submitted by mz ravin black (United States), Apr 10, 2008 at 10:43 this subject relates to fox news and how god isn't in the school...as they push for more god in the schools the only thing we see is more islamic studies... to make it qualify for equal protection clause...then it should be a religous studies class that looks at all aspects of religion and in the minnosota case it clearly is being used as a private school using the public school resources it seems to be to give an inch they take a mile america is established on the seperation of church and state....the state cannot establish a religion...doesn't mean people can't have their religions just they have to fund it themselves...which then became sticky because even the fbi couldn't investigate or step foot on religous property...then, came the patriot act which was to deal with that part...as what is going on in texas shows it still hasn't quite taken hold...whereas, they are being investiagted for crimes and took a complaint to implement the investigation which is why i am so against the abuse that has occurred by cheney because the defeat of the patriot act will set us back of course, i could say more...have a good day
