Reader comment on item: Is Allah God?
in response to reader comment: Quran only islam is not islam, Response to Nazia

We should ONLY read Qu'ran. Hadith is only hearsay, and it cannot be proved to be entirely accurate. There are different versions because of Sunni and Shia. And the different Hadiths are written by different people claiming their descedants are relatives to Muhammed (Peace and blessings be upon him). We should not be split up into different sects as it will divide us from our beloved brothers and sisters which is not what the Prophet (PBUH) or God for that matter wants.

God chose Muhammed (PBUH) to recite and notate (through followers, as he was illiterate) the word of God and God has said that this will be ALL we need. Which in this sense means we only need the Holy Qu'ran. Hadiths were created because of the disruption between different sects which cannot be tolerated in Islam as it splits us up as a Muslim community. There are various different versions of Hadith and only ONE version of the Qu'ran. What does that tell you? That the WORD OF GOD and not the word of hearsay is all we need as God himself has told us.
