To Maura: What are "eejits?"Reader comment on item: Jihad in Jersey Submitted by mariana (United States), May 13, 2007 at 13:22 Maura: Loved your post, which was well written and quite reasonable. I love the sound of "eejits," but couldn't find it in my dictionaries. Is it a real word or a delectable creation of yours? Which ever, "eejits" has a fabulous ring to it. Where does it come from and what does it mean? mariana Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
