Shall we all carry bottles?

Reader comment on item: More on Those Alcohol-shy Taxi Drivers

Submitted by Kathy (United States), Oct 11, 2006 at 09:44

I propose an easy solution. If these people don't want to carry people who have liquor on them then every one who comes through the airport or who uses a taxi from now on will carry a bottle. This can work both ways. If they don't want to serve people based on their religous views, I in turn don't want someone like that to be driving me. If we all do this they can look for a new job or compromise their beliefs. I personally don't drink but I will start carrying a small bottle of liquor in my purse so I can discriminate about who is my driver. Kathy
