NOT BEING A MUSLIM IS NOT A CRIME EITHER!

You are not allowed to decide who to pick up, who not to pick up. You can't decide not to pick up someone because of his color or anything else. So they're carrying bottles of liquor in a bag. So what? NOT BEING A MUSLIM IS ALSO NOT A CRIME.
