in response to reader comment: Light and darkness

All Christians believe that Jesus is God. They say that Muslims are wrong to believe that Jesus is not God. But how could Jesus be God when he listened to two devil-possessed men:

28And when He had come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. 29And behold, they cried out, saying, "What have we to do with Thee, Jesus, Thou Son of God? Art Thou come hither to torment us before the time?" (Matthew 8:28-29)

30Now there was a good way off from them a herd of many swine feeding. 31So the devils besought Him, saying, "If Thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine." (Matthew 8:30-31)

32And He said to them, "Go." And when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine, and behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea and perished in the waters. 33And those who kept them fled and went their ways into the city, and told everything and what had befallen the ones possessed with the devils. 34And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw Him, they besought Him that He would depart out of their borders. (Matthew 8:32-34)

Now in Mat 8:29 the two devils in the men confessed that Jesus was the son of God so according to 1 John 4:15 (15If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.) That means that God lives in the devils and the devils in God. But that is not all in Mat 8:31 the devils begged Jesus to send them into the herds of swine and Jesus does, the innocent swine run off to the sea and drown.

The real God would never listen to the devils instead he would make them go away. So that is why Jesus cannot be God.
