Harrak:

Berating someone for only watching 15 minutes of Islamophyle propoganda and then commenting authoritatively on a country in which you know nothing about sets a new standard of hypocrisy.

As a born and bred, toque wearing, beer drinking, maple syrop loving, slap-shot taking Canadian, I can say with authority that your comments about Canada are utter and complete nonesense.

How can you say that Canadian Muslims lead the R.C.M.P. and C.S.I.S. to the arrest of those 17 muslims? Are you privy to inside information? Do you know the methods of investigation because if you do, then I'm sure the other 50 or so terrorist cells currently operating within Canada would sure like to get in contact with you. Perhaps you could enlighten them as to the M.O. of the authorities so they can avoid detection?

Just exactly how many muslim Canadian friends do you have? Are they representative of ALL the muslims in Canada? What percentage do they make of all the muslims in Canada? There are thousands of muslims in Canada and despite your charming personality and witfull commentaries, I doubt very much that you know more than a handfull of them.

The incident was isolated not because of co-operation with local communities but because of post-modern- marxist political correctness; a disease that infects all aspects of public life in Canada. If you were a Canadian you would know this. Not only did the Toronto police chief bend over backwards and have a press conference with the muslims where the Koran was chanted by Imams, but even Harper is dancing to the same tune. He's treating this whole thing like a politician with a minority government who's trying to get re-elected. In Vancouverstan today, he continued to cow -tow to the visible minorities in a shameless effort to garner more ethnic votes in the soon to come federal election.

What is your source of statistics showing that the gap between rich and poor in Canada is not too great? Stats Canada? Your five muslim friends? Like in U.S.A. the majority of the wealth in Canada is held by a small minority and the standard of living is worse now than it was 20 years ago for the average Canadian. Buying power has actually decreased, today's dollar buys you a lot less than it did 20 years ago.

In my experience, Canadians are far less patriotic to our country than Americans are to thiers. Most Canadians don't even know their own anthem and most do not know the pledge to the flag. Canadian history is not taught to the same extent that American history is taught, most history books are being re-written,, in the spirit of post-modern-marxism to castigate the Judaeo-Christian backgroundand heritage of Canada in a dim-light.

Don't knock the American military either, without it, Canada would have had to have it's own army. For the past 30 years, successive LIBERAL governments have GUTTED our army to an embarassing level. The money saved in not having to have an army has been spent on liberal programs like UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, free drugs to drug addicts, needle exchange programs, color T.V. in jails, welfare checks for those who don't feel like working, sponsorship scandals, HRDC boondoggles, SAFE INJECTION SITES, multiculteralism, French language labelling of all products, legalization of gay marraige, gun registries, etc. etc. As a Canadian, I would like to thank America for maintaining a viable army and offering its umbrella of protection to Canadians so that we haven't had to spend our money on our military.

Hey it's embarrasing as heck every time I go down to the States and stay with my American friends but like a true Canadian, it just rolls off my back like water off a duck! I thank them everytime that we can spend our money on things other than the miltiary.

So there it is Harrak, I'm not sure what country you came from originally, but your comments have shown, you know JACK about Canadians and it is YOUR comments that are INVALID!

Getting back on topic, I would love the idea of a Guantanimo Bay up here in Canada. I think that all Canadian muslims should be interned on Ellesmere Island until the war on Islam is over. Think of all the employment we could create for the local Inuit!!! Like Miramichi, the economic spin-offs would be incredible! We could ask Chuck how we could funnel some of that money back into the Liberal pary; they really need a boost after they lost Martin and the last election. That way we won't have to worry so much about the Olympics in 2010
