The question I posed, albeit a theoretical one, supposes some future Jewish government of the Holy Land packed so and so many Pals, involuntarily, to Canada, could they be forced to accept asylum?

The question of voluntary versus forced depends on the pressure exerted. The ratcheting of theat pressure is inevitable as Jews find themselve being hunted to death in their own land. So, at some point this question shall become oh so real.
