First of all your comments are quoted out of context. In your eagerness to support Harrak, you have just written something in the hope that truth will get buried under your verbiage. The words you have quoted are from the book of Genesis where Noah curses the descencants of one son while he blesses the others. This was NOT a curse from God as you may like us to believe. People like Stephen R. Haynes made money be quoting these verses and writing books on American slavery.
Gen 9:20 Noah, a man of the soil, proceeded to plant a vineyard. Gen 9:21 When he drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent.
Gen 9:22 Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father's nakedness and told his two brothers outside. Gen 9:23 But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their father's nakedness. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father's nakedness. Gen 9:24 When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him, Gen 9:25 he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers." Gen 9:26 He also said, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem! May Canaan be the slave of Shem.
Gen 9:27 May God extend the territory of Japheth; may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave."
How did you come to the conclusion that Ham or Canaan were dark skinned ? After all they were sons of the same father. The modern day Canaan includes Israel/Palestine including the West Bank, western Jordan, southern and coastal Syria and Lebanon continuing up until the border of modern Turkey. I don't know of any slaves in these lands.
I am not quoting any verses from the Bible which says that all men are equal before God. I do not know the color of your skin, but if any one, any one has told you that Bible is a book for the whites or the God of Christians discrimaintes on basis of race, there is no greater lie than this. I want you to realise this "Jesus loves you as much as He loves everybody else". Black or white or brown doesnot matter to Him, he just looks into your heart.
As usual, my advice to you is to read the Bible instead of using dubious websites to gather information.
