Civil War in Iraq

The US stormed in, overthrowing a despot leader, Saddam Hussein.

It was going well until the Sunni's and Shiites got their ardour up.

Bush, et al were not prepared for the vacuum.

Bush didn't do his homework. I'm dismayed.

Now we have Iraq, its people living in an archaic country,
infiltrated by a democratic government.

They have no clue what is going on, other than to fight each
other to bring it back to what it once was.

Archaic, undemocratic, unsafe, ruled by guerillas and despotic thieves.

Thats just the start...

Now the Sunni's and Shiites are willing to kill each other because they can.

Its a mess. When dealing with fundamentalists, radicals,
there is no peace. There will never be peace in those lands, as
long as they are ruled by a faith that upholds killing, bombing, mayhem,
murder, of fellow human beings who don't necessarily belong to their faith.
