An Important Distinction between India and Pakistan

As far as we know, India has not shared nuclear technology with other countries unlike Pakistan and Iran. Although they have never signed the nuclear nonproliferation treaty, they have never spread nuclear know how.

Methinks the genie is out of the bottle.

Regarding success in Iraq ... I now could care less. People sleep in the beds they make for themselves. We have provided an environment, in wiping away the saddam regime, in which they can thrive. One can lead a horse to water ...
