Cowboys, and the American Dream!

Reader comment on item: Why Palestinians Need an Israel Victory

I was amused, to see that you believe there's a "cowboy" in the White House. I assume you didn't mean New York's own Trump family, nor Exxon Mobil's Tillerson, nor the big Goldman Sachs contingent; so I checked to see if the new kids on the block, John Bolton and Mike Pompeo had cowboy backgrounds. Nope. John came through the "Yale Corral" and Pompeo studied on "Harvard Law Ranch".

Cowboys and buckaroos have never boasted large numbers. They lead generally wholesome lives; down-to-earth sorts, who judge a man by what he does, not how fancy he dresses and talks. I imagine that any cowboys reading your blog, Daniel, are surprized to see that one or more of them have taken over the most powerful country in the world -- a place millions of others are convinced is run by the Jews.

Three cheers, then, to the Jews, who manage to rule the whole world with only some 12 million people; and to the to the 12 thousand or so cowboys who, considering their small numbers, seem to have become even more powerful -- a real example of the American Dream!
