Root cause of terror bombing?

Perhaps the root cause is - visiting the White House.

Both IRAs' Gerry Adams and Yassir Arafat, patron Saints of terror bombing, enjoyed Clinton's hospitality and Jimmy Carter's hospitality and friendship. Democrat congressional friendship for these bomb throwers was cranked up to compensate for Bush's lack of hospitality.

Bombing is cost effective.
