A "good Muslim"

A good Catholic is one who attends mass regularly; prays; goes to confession and communion.
A good Baptist is one who attends church services and lives by thw Words of Jesus Christ.
A good anything is one who lives by one's faith; so why do we call Muslims good if they are not living by Muhammad's words and those who do as Muhammad did and instructed - extremists? ...
