Does Moncef Marzouki regard Hamas as being similarly morally flawed?

We've seen the left-wing justify Jihadist attacks on Israeli civilians while condemning such attacks on the West. After 9/11 we saw Europeans use the same excuse against America, viewing 9/11 as justified, in a way that attacks on Europe would not be.

I imagine after the London bombings, people in Belgium thought Britain was 'asking for it'. But now that Brussels has been hit, whom will they say is not 'asking for it'?

Either all Jihadist attacks are vile, or none of them are. No one can justify attacks by Jihadists in one region without sliding to justify similar attacks everywhere else. The entire ideology is vile and dangerous. Does Moncef Marzouki recognize that?
