Hate and Fear?

America's allies like them, they fear them. Their enemies do hate them, but have no fear of them.

North Korea and Iran (the two seriously nuclear members of the axis of evil) have in the last few years said "screw you, what you gonna do?". They know America does not have the intention, resolve or resources to invade them.
