Bomb Iran, pay the price?Reader comment on item: Sarah Palin Endorses 'Bomb Iran' Submitted by Rebecca Moulds (United States), Feb 9, 2010 at 13:54 Although I too "like" Sarah Palin, hers is just an opinion; in other words, I don't feel that she's more qualified than any other politician to agree about bombing Iran, or its nuclear facilities. A person in the public forum must weigh their words carefully because words are dangerous things. That she agrees is one thing; to actually carry out such an act is another. It is dangerous to take such a step without going through all the implications, without first trying alternative methods . . .when all the information is in place and there is no other solution, then perhaps bombing a nuclear facility would be appropriate. Naturally if Iran attacked Israel or any other country, then retaliating in kind would be expected. An unprovoked attack on Iran might prove to be the first domino down in a series of catastrophic occurrences, not just in the region, but worldwide.
