My comment on the above illustrations : Allah is the best of schemers as you said, the occasion is linked with prophet Mohammad peace be upon him and all other prophets, when his enemy conspired to kill him , Allah told him through his messenger Jibril that the men of his enemy were planning to kill him , and that Allah knows what they are planning for , so the meaning of (best of deceivers) : Allah knows what is going in their minds , and they cannot plan or conspire without the knowledge of Allah, since Allah knows what you even think to do , Allah knows every tiny or large movement on the earth.
