Arabs lived in deserts; malnutrition was common and water was scarce. Besides, in Islamic tradition, Noah (A.S) lived for 950 years.

As for for today, situation is different. People spend atleast 15 years educating themselves, 1400 years ago there was little reason to get educated.

So, today if someone were to get married at 9, or even 15 years of age, it would be unislamic. You have to atleast rech puberty.

If you have any other questions, please ask some knowledgeable scholar. I dont like to waste my time on forums. The questions you asked have simple answers. If you had thought about it long enough, you would come to most answers yourself.

And you have yet to tell me which muslim sources you used. If you REALLY are unbiased and honest when learning about Islam, you will find no reason to criticise it.
