non-discrimination guidelines

This article inspired me. I'm gonna use the non-discrimination guidelines to be able, as a man, to access women's public restrooms, but I think that I need to check the size of the purses of the women already inside.
Also, what is to be compatible with the American culture? You mean the white man's culture? I thought the US is a multi-ethnic, multicultural country, and the only rule EVERYONE should comply with is the RULE OF LAW and the constitution!!!
I believe the writer if this article should start complying with the American values of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
