What is most enlightening about your post is how you give special consideration to Muslim women, as if they are more deserving of not being ogled. In addition, it speaks volumes that you say that you know more about what it takes to talk to a woman and shake a woman's hand because you are Muslim

. I have traveled in Muslim countries and not only do Muslim men not know how to talk to a woman or shake her hand, they refuse to. Also, the last paragraph includes a ditty about marrying untouched women as if the fact that a woman that has been touched is somehow less desirable. This idea of the "purity" of woman based is the true objectification of women and assigning them some kind of "value" based on sex. This is ridiculous but is part and parcel of the archaic and sexist cultures that see women as the property of men.
