Big Deal - Fayyad Says 'Yes' To Jewish Presence

While many will point to the 'moderate' nature-hailing it as a victory-of an Arab leader who declares that Jews can live in their future state, what I find most audacious is that the statement is accepted as moderate to begin with. IF a Jewish leader were to make such an announcement, that yes, it will now be acceptable for Arabs to live in a Jewish state, the world would be in an uproar. They would NOT be patting us on our heads, they would be screaming all manner of racist venom in our direction.

Therefore, excuse me if I am underwhelmed by his 'gesture'.
