Come on. Who are you trying to kid. If the above were true, then all muslim countries would have been secular. To-day, any muslim country which is somewhat secular is trying to reverse secularism (and humanism) and institute Fundamentalism. Examples are Egypt, Sudan, Northern Nigeria, Algeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Iran, Yemen, Somalia, etc.
Hey, people are not that stupid to believe anybody's statements and ignore the reality. Secularism and Islam are antagonist.
