let me analyze your quote that 100 million killed by muslims,

I will asume this was done by using swords, because there were no nuclear bombs

now nuclear bomb on Horishima and Nakazaki killed are 1/2 million people in an instant

others says 5 million killed in 5 years in Rowanda (ofcourse bombs and guns are used not swords)

Also they say that the 6 million Jews were slaughtered in Europe during WWII (6 years)

WWII alone over 70 million killed in 6 years using heavy bombs, warplanes and machine guns and nuclear bombs (NOT SWORD)

Now let us say by the sword Muslims killed 1/2 million people every year (exaggerated) that means it will take the muslims 200 years to kill 100 million people.

when in history do we know of massacres of that magnitude took place? and only using the sword

Read a comparison between the number of people killed by muslims and by Christians and see the big difference and how brutal the christian battles compared to Muslim battles - enough to say WWI & WWII were christian wars rather than muslim wars, read what the christians did in bosnia, ....
