For Plato and Allah's cosmology

Reader comment on item: The Enemy Has a Name
in response to reader comment: sTs: Did Allah create the woven sky instantaneously or in two days?

And you forgot to mention that Allah unstitched the flat earth (which he regards as the center of the universe and where the moon and the sun orbit earth) from the skies. It just makes you wonder: how about the other planets and stars are they still stuck to the skies and remain to be unstitched? And what took him so long as in the 2, 6 or 8 days to do the unstitching?

Samer is not an Arab as his command of the Arabic language is very poor and no the word is not woven as the Arabic word woven is mansuj. The word in the aya is Hbk as in Hbk al-nujum or the paths of the stars

There is no doubt that Muhammad and his Allah were following in the path of Ptolemy's cosmology as set in the Almagest but again the earth is really not the center of the univesre except in the mind of some ignorant Arab that shall remain unnamed.

I guess the author of the Qur'an never realized that Kepler and Copernicus will change everthing.

So much for the flat earth that is the center of the universe which was unstitched from the skies and so much for ignorance of Muslims that tell us that Allah told us about the big bang in this drivel of an aya
