Boycotts are an American tradition tooReader comment on item: CAIR's Assault on Paul Harvey Submitted by George P. Wood (United States), Dec 24, 2003 at 11:45 Although I usually agree with Dr. Pipes's analysis, I thought this article a little much. Paul Harvey said something CAIR found offensive and CAIR basically threatened a boycott of his sponsors. Are boycotts a good idea? No. But they are an American tradition. Why fault CAIR for threatening one?Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
