A source of wonder

I have learned that there are in the world over one billion Muslims. Isn't is rather odd that in this multitude of people, there is not one group = anywhere in the world - who can safely explain or defend Islam's policy of a peaceful compassionate nation of men and women, with equality and advancement in medicine, science, industry, and tolerance. I look forward some day to learn the view of Muslims who, as islamists, can defy terror and death, in the interests of compassion, tolerance and their deep faith in Islam and peace.
