Also, Robert, in relation to the term "day" - that is a common misunderstanding "day" in these contexts refers to "age" or "ages". So the word day in Surah 22 is like days in The Bible the last "days" means not day literally from Sunrise to sunset - but rather day as understood by the "latter days". The Mormons have a better understanding about this. (I am not a Mormon). The "day" of fifty thousand years is referring to a SPECIFIC event, and has a separate meaning to the other passage. That is clear to me. There is no contradiction.

Man, you are like those who tried to disprove Jesus in His own times with their "knowledge" of the scriptures. Were they right, or were they wrong - those Jewish "experts" ? Your strong belief in Jesus is highly commendable, but it would be wise to desist in disparaging the beliefs of others who believe in the One True God, Creator of the earth and heavens, and all that exists within and between.
