Islamic school in London UK

Reader comment on item: On New York's "Khalil Gibran International Academy"

Submitted by Colin (Taiwan), Mar 17, 2007 at 00:03

Were you aware of the recent news story from London concerning a well -endowed private Islamic school in London? It was found to have text books on its curriculum that included such items as inviting pupils to consider that Christians are monkeys and Jews are pigs? Apparently, the book were provided by the Saudi ministry of education. The British Ministry of Education is supposed to be monitoring activities like this - some monitoring!

Paxman interviewed the Headteacher for the BBC - well worth watching. Can anyone provide the link for readers?
