Why should non-Muslim countries spend the taxpayers money for all these things. If Muslims are not able or unwilling to learn standard English or go to higher studies, they can go to any number of Muslim countries, where presumably the Muslim governments will spend on these things. There they can enjoy Urdu, Arabic or whatever.
