eminent domain?

Reader comment on item: Militant Islam's New Strongholds

Submitted by Paul William (United States), Apr 3, 2003 at 21:08

Anyone who is not asleep at the wheel knows the underlying currents of Islam and its impending threat to America and other freedom loving places on earth. (Without the writings of Mr. Pipes, far fewer would understand the issue.)

It seems Islam is spreading city by city across the land, marked by the construction of Mosques, many likely funded by Saudi money.
The first Mosque to be built (now under construction) on a universtiy campus is in Tulsa at Universtiy of Tulsa. This is the first to be built on an American campus.

It is said that much of what is preached in these mosques may have undercurrents of terror motivators. and thus may not be in the best interest of the public good.

If they are not in the interest of the public good, then to take them down would be in the interest of the public good, and that is called eminent domain.
