The pain of Hindu Bengalis

I totally agree with your views that Islam does not believe because the first lines ar "There is no God but Allah and Mohammad is his Prophet" There is no space for anything else.

The Partition made millions of Bengalis homeless and they had to search for home and livelihood in alien and often hostile environment. For millions, to own a home still remains a distant mirage. Assam and Tripura are two places where Hindus Bengalis went; though the Assamese have now accepted Bengalis, mistrust continues because of the memories of the riots between them. Even Hindus Bengalis have now their own ethnic outfit in the state, which remains a very secretive outfit. In Tripura, tribal guerillas slaughter us every now and then.

Yet, Bengalis remain one of the most vocal and dominant communities in the entire trouble torn northeast and this shows the resilience of the HIndu Bengalis. It is the effect of the millions of Hindus Bengalis that the Durga Puja in celebrated across the length and breath of this remote place in the most enthusiatic fervour. Yes, we are INDOMITABLE.

Still I would like to offer my strong regards to the Assamese community who have began to include Hindu Bengalis as an inalienable part of the Greater Assamese community
