The State has no obligation to teach two or three or more different languages in addition to the Queens English. The reason for state schools is to provide a reasonably trained person who can be self supportive citizen . Why would the state spend time and treasure for the citizen to speak Urdu, Arbic, Pashtun, whatever. We do not have the time or money to indulge erery Muslim want or wish. If your need for cultural immersion is so great, there are scheduled airlines to Urduland,Arabia, etc. Feel free to go.
