Reader comment on item: Obama's Pretend Counterterrorism Policy
in response to reader comment: Not very likely

Dear Dr Pipes:

Your reader stanislaus correctly said that until the problem of Islamic intolerance is openly acknowledged, it cannot be resolved. Further, it is true that in most of the civilized democratic world, the political leaders will not honestly acknowledge the problem for the fear of losing elections. And that is why the burden falls on ordinary citizens to oppose Islamic hypocrisy at every forum where it can be opposed and challenge the politicians who support the Islamists' agenda. By their incessant demands and cry-baby attitudes, the islamists have made everyone else a hostage. The only way we can free ourselves is by judging the Islamists by our secular standards and forcing them to act according to these secular standards.
