Once again, you have taken something out of context to suite your argument, and have not yet understood what you are trying to dismiss. You have adopted the adversarial role, either by design or by misunderstanding still what it is you do not want to believe. Finish the first part of my statement, "To dismiss the greatest act of love to EVER occur in my life is like telling Almighty God that Jesus is not worth it-which I would never do because He DID make the sacrifice for me and those who accept Him at His Word and believing in Jesus Christ IS worth it.

[Almighty] God and Jesus; two names; part and parcel of the same Person-your parsing of the phrase is insufficient for you do not yet accept who Jesus Christ really is.

The Jewish people of the time of Jesus' first appearance did take on adversarial roles: those that believed Him at His WORD; and those who know the words, but did not believe. Which Jewish person(s) are you referring to? For of a truth, virtually all Hebrew Holy Scripture has its Jewishness as its basis, even that written by non-Jewish persons.

But here you have your own contradiction-Jesus does not lie (God forbid)-yet you do not take Him at His WORD-why not?

I can assure you, there is not a nominal nor practicing pagan that will even countenance my words for their religious content-what Jesus Christ did for me can never be accorded to pagan ritual.
